Banana pumpkin protein balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 bag banana TASU Fruit Chips, crushed
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup protein powder of choice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Chocolate chips
  1. In a large bowl, mix together oats, crushed TASU Fruit Chips, peanut butter, pumpkin purée, protein powder, honey, pumpkin spice, vanilla extract, salt, and chocolate chips until well combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls and serve.
  3. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator in an airtight container to keep them fresh for up to a week.
