Pumpkin banana chia pudding
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 5 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt1 bag banana TASU Fruit Chips
- Mix pumpkin puree, almond milk, vanilla extract, maple syrup, chia seeds, and pumpkin spice.
- Let the mixture sit for at least 1 hour in the fridge.
- Add the mixture to plate of choice and top off with Greek yogurt and crushed banana TASU Fruit Chips.
