Ingredients

2 ripe bananas
1/3 cup cocunt oil
1/3 cup honey
1 egg
1/4 cup yogurt
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 bags strawberry banana TASU Fruit Chips
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp baking soda

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Prepare a baking pan with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mash the bananas. Add melted coconut oil, honey, egg, yogurt, and vanilla; mix well. Then add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and 1 bag of crushed strawberry banana TASU Fruit Chips, breaking them up with your hands.
3.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan. Crush the second bag of strawberry banana TASU Fruit Chips and sprinkle them on top of the batter. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
