Ingredients

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup cucumber, diced
1 bag mango TASU Fruit Chips
1 avocado, in cubes
1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
drizzle of olive oil
Juice of 1 lime
Salt to taste

Instructions

In a large bowl combine cherry tomatoes, cucumber, TASU Fruit Chips, avocado, and parsley

Season with salt and pepper, then drizzle with olive oil
