Ingredients

1/2 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp honey
1 bag of your favorite TASU Fruit Chips flavor

Instructions

1.
Mix the chia seeds, milk, vanilla extract, and honey until the chia is fully incorporated, making sure to break up any clumps.
2.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours to achieve the desired consistency.
3.
To serve, layer the chia pudding. Break the Chips by hand and sprinkle them on top of the chia pudding. Repeat each layer until a parfait is formed.
