Ingredients

2 cups fresh cilantro
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tbsp maple syrup
7 cups lettuce
2 bags mango TASU Fruit Chips
220 grams queso fresco (cotija or feta cheese work too)
1/2 purple onion finely sliced

Instructions

For the dressing, blend the cilantro, garlic, lime juice, and salt. Pulse until crushed. Add the olive oil and maple syrup, and mix well.

To serve the salad, place all the ingredients on the plate and drizzle with the dressing. The mango TASU Fruit Chips will serve as sweet croutons.
