In a small pot, heat water with chai tea bags. Turn off the heat when it starts to boil and let it steep for 3 minutes. Remove tea bags.

In the same pot, add the rolled oats, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon. Cook over medium heat until the liquids are absorbed, and the oats reach the desired consistency.
