7. Our Relationship with Shopify
The Site is hosted and powered by Shopify, Inc. Shopify collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Site in order to provide its services. Information you submit may be transmitted to and stored by Shopify in countries outside your residence.
Certain enhanced Shopify features may incorporate data from your interactions with our store and other Shopify merchants. In those cases, Shopify is independently responsible for that processing.

8. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

By opting in to SMS marketing, you consent to receive recurring automated promotional text messages from Snackerie USA Inc at the phone number provided. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out of SMS messages, reply STOP at any time. For help, reply HELP. Opting out will not affect your ability to make purchases or receive transactional messages.
We retain documented records of your SMS consent, including the date, time, and disclosure language presented at the time of opt-in, as required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
