8 cups of kale
1 tablespoon olive oil
Zest of 1 lemon
2 1/2 tablespoons of lemon juice
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup chopped dill
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 small red onion, thinly slice
2 bags TASU Chips mango
85 gr diced feta cheese


Mix the kale with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and massage with your hands for 5 minutes. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
For the dressing, add the lemon zest, lemon juice, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, Dijon mustard, garlic, and salt in a processor until fully blended.
Combine the lettuce, dill, cilantro, red onion, TASU Chips, and feta cheese in a bowl. Add the dressing and mix.
